My wife and I began searching for a piece of land in the Montana and Wyoming area a little over a year ago. We we’re having very little success and were having a hard time finding a realtor that we could depend on to help us and really give us any attention. That all changed when we were lucky enough to meet Korynne. She instantly made us feel as though we we’re her top priority even though we weren’t looking to break the bank on a piece of property. From the beginning Korynne listened to what we were looking for, and found us some beautiful properties to look at, most of which we weren’t even aware were on the market. Throughout the process we hit every bump in the road imaginable but Korynne never lost faith in our desire to find the perfect property even though we did. She constantly found us new properties to look at and even inspected them before we flew out to look at them to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. In the end, Korynne showed us a piece of property we absolutely fell in love with in Wyoming, the only downside was Korynne was unable to represent us in Wyoming. We felt we owed it to Korynne to find something else that she would be compensated for helping us with, but she wouldn’t have it. She wanted us to find out dream property no matter what. She assisted us from the offer to closing making sure everything went smoothly even though she was not able to be compensated for it. We ended up getting our dream property and it wouldn’t have happened without Korynne Kern. We have done a lot of real estate transactions with some great and not so great people, but we can say without a doubt Korynne Kern is the most honest, hard working, organized, dedicated and selfless agent we have ever met. We owe our dream of owning a piece of Big Sky country to Korynne and we consider her not just our go to agent but a friend. Dan Kern went above and beyond to help me sell my house. I had moved several hours away and he handled everything including finding contractors to complete necessary repairs, ensuring the work was completed in a manner satisfactory for the lender and completed in a timely manner. He clearly earned his commission and then some.

He is very knowledgeable and helpful. If we didn't know the answer to a question or problem he quickly found out the answer. He also has my other motel listing and I am praying he will find a qualified buyer soon.

We hired Dan to sell our home in Hardin, MT. Without Dan’s help we would have not sold our home. There are many obstacles with the buyers that Dan helped us navigate. He saved us from disaster when he found the furnace not working right before a cold front. He had a repair company out to fix it by the end of that day! I cannot recommend Dan enough!!!
